Minor vehicle maintenance type work can be performed within the condo and in the wash pit common area.
Are lifts allowed in Car Caves?
Yes! Some units are designed to accommodate multiple lifts, providing you with the flexibility for your automotive projects. Lifts would need to be approved in advance by Seller.
Can I feel safe leaving my vehicles in a Car Cave?
Security is a priority with well-lit surroundings, 24 hour exterior camera surveillance, secured gating, and 24-hours access with locked units and remote door openers.
